Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Canvasser role based in Boise, ID. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in designated neighborhoods to inform them about our window replacement services. Key responsibilities include initiating conversations, building rapport, identifying customer needs, and setting up consultations with our sales team. You will also participate in regular training to hone your skills and improve your approaches in communicating with homeowners.
2 weeks paid training at $600/ week, then
commission based structure post training with a huge opportunity to make money as a canvasser and even more as a closer!
Qualifications
- Experience in Canvassing and a proactive approach to engaging potential customers
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities to interact with a wide range of individuals
- Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust and understanding customer needs
- Eagerness to participate in Training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role or sales is a plus but not required
