At Headfirst, we’re looking for a Camps Specialist who brings strong operational instincts, adaptability, and a passion for supporting teams to our Professional Sports Camps division.
Based in our Washington, DC office, this role travels regularly to camp markets, including those in partnership with the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, and Atlanta Falcons. You’ll serve as a key liaison across teams—supporting staff, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure each program runs smoothly from planning through execution.
From troubleshooting day-to-day challenges to keeping systems, people, and communication aligned, you’ll play a critical role in bringing high-quality camp experiences to life. This is a jack-of-all-trades role for someone who’s just as comfortable jumping in to solve a problem as they are keeping the bigger picture on track.
Location & Travel This is a seasonal, in-person position scheduled at approximately 20-40 hours per week and based in Washington, D.C. This role will report to the Youth Camps & Events management team. Weekly hours and daily schedules may vary based on camp operations, travel needs, and peak program periods.
Schedule Available beginning as early as 6am as needed on camp days and ending when the camp day is done. Typically, Monday through Friday, with some limited weekend work on seasonal staff training days.
Compensation Competitive and determined based on experience and qualifications.
