Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead a focused outbound campaign targeting the Los Angeles market.
This is a 90-day contract role with potential for permanent hire based on individual performance and overall business needs. Expansion into additional markets will follow the initial campaign based on results.
You will own outreach to a defined list of approximately 6,100 contacts, engaging decision-makers, introducing AccountMakers, and driving employers to post roles and adopt the platform.
This is a fully remote, hourly role. Candidates aligned with Pacific time are preferred to match prospect availability but not required for well qualified applicants with strong records of success, work ethic and motivation.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
