About AirQuant
AirQuant is a quant research team from UMelbourne, UChicago, Columbia, NTU & NTHU. We have built multiple quantitative strategy models that have been rigorously validated using academic methods and have demonstrated real-world profitability. These strategies apply to all priceable asset classes — equities, futures, cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and more. We are currently in an active fundraising and business development phase, with ongoing discussions with multiple quantitative firms and investors regarding investment and asset management partnerships.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. We are looking for 1–2 key contributors who share an early-stage entrepreneurial mindset and want to help build something from the foundation up.
Job Description
This is a hybrid role for someone who can both open doors and keep things organized. You’ll be the connective tissue between the core research team and the outside world — driving investor outreach while keeping the operational side running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively source and engage prospective investors, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, personal networks, and referrals
- Gather market data and maintain investor lists
What we’re looking for:
- A self-starter with strong outbound instincts and a hunter mindset
- Prior experience in sales, investor relations, or business development is preferred
- Comfortable reaching clients across platforms — whether that’s X, LinkedIn, Telegram, WeChat, or WhatsApp.
