What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Solicit, understand, and document customer requirements, processes, and workflows
- Create the Product Backlog including high-level features and detailed user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development leads to design project roadmaps
- Facilitate signoff on Product Backlogs and assist with UAT scripts as necessary
- Develop training materials and conduct training/demonstrations as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant experience in the health industry
- Solid hands-on experience with soliciting requirements and user stories
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the health industry, particularly in implementing software solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong consultative and advisory skills
