Buck Hoist OperatorLocation: Kings Mountain, NC
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $23–$25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Buck Hoist Operator to support a large commercial construction project. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient transportation of personnel and materials throughout the job site.

Responsibilities

• Operate buck hoist/elevator equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport workers, tools, and materials throughout the project
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation
• Maintain communication with site supervision and crews regarding hoist operations
• Monitor load capacities and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Keep hoist areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Immediately report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents

Requirements

• Previous buck hoist or construction elevator operating experience required
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in an active construction environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• OSHA 10
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
