The Role
We’re looking for a motivated brand marketer to join our team and help bring Naväge’s strategy to life. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll be a key contributor to brand planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional projects — partnering with sales, e-commerce, creative, and product development teams. Title and scope will be calibrated to your experience.
This is a great fit for someone who’s comfortable moving between strategy and execution, wants visibility at the leadership level from day one, and is energized by building a brand that genuinely improves people’s daily lives.
Level Expectations
Brand Manager
3–5 years of brand or marketing experience, ideally in CPG or consumer health. Solid execution skills, growing strategic instincts, and experience working cross-functionally on campaigns or product launches.
Senior Brand Manager
6+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record leading brand initiatives end-to-end. Comfortable with data-driven planning, agency management, and presenting to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to brand strategy and annual marketing planning, including integrated campaign development across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Support new product launches, working cross-functionally with product development, packaging, and sales teams
- Track and analyze brand health metrics, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform planning and surface opportunities
- Partner with e-commerce and retail teams to support consistent brand execution at key touchpoints — Amazon, DTC, and national retail
- Help manage agency and vendor relationships and contribute to creative briefs that bring the Naväge brand voice to life
- Prepare presentations, performance recaps, and strategic recommendations for the CMO and cross-functional stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of brand management or marketing experience in CPG, consumer health, or OTC; experience in consumer health/OTC highly preferred
- Experience supporting or leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and/or DTC channels
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI/Circana, Stackline) and consumer research to drive marketing decisions
- Collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
Bonus Points
- Based in Northern NJ or the greater NYC metro area
- Background with subscription or consumable business models (razor-and-blade style)
- Amazon brand management or retail media experience
- Exposure to new product launch processes at national retail
Location & Work Setup
This role is primarily remote for candidates based on the East Coast and available during Eastern Time business hours. Should be under 2-hour flight for occasional travel to our Cleveland, OH headquarters for team meetings and planning sessions (estimated a few times per year). Proximity to the NYC metro area is a plus but not required.
