Brand Management Intern Full Time

Role Description This is a UNPAID part-time, hybrid Brand Management Intern role based in New York, NY, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Brand Management Intern will support day-to-day brand initiatives, including assisting with brand positioning, helping maintain consistent visual and verbal identity across channels, and contributing to content and campaign planning. The intern will conduct basic market and competitor research, help track sales and marketing performance metrics, and support the creation of presentations and reports. Responsibilities may also include assisting with social media coordination, preparing materials for events or pop-ups, and collaborating with cross-functional partners such as design, marketing, and sales. The role is designed for an individual eager to learn how a mission-driven jewelry brand is built, communicated, and managed. Intern will come to the office in NY twice a week and also have as needed zoom calls with corresponding team members.

Qualifications

• Brand-focused skills: foundational knowledge or strong interest in Brand Strategy and Brand Management, with the ability to help maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Communication skills: clear written and verbal Communication skills for internal collaboration and external brand messaging.
• Analytical and research skills: ability to conduct basic Market Research, synthesize findings, and share insights in a structured way.
• Sales and commercial awareness: interest or experience in Sales, retail, or e-commerce, with curiosity about how brand building drives revenue.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting in New York, NY, with reliability for in-person days as needed.
• Genuine interest in jewelry, storytelling, and socially responsible brands; experience with social media, basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express), or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
