Full Job Description
Overview
Wearparts is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The Bookkeeper will support the day-to-day accounting operations by assisting with the month-end closing, maintaining account reconciliations, coordinating workflow within the accounting department, and providing backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role works closely with the Controller to ensure accurate records, organized processes, and efficient daily operations.
Duties
- Assist with the month-end close and maintain the close checklist
- Prepare monthly bank, credit card, and key account reconciliations
- Ensure balances are supported and discrepancies resolved
- Help coordinate daily accounting workflow
- Monitor AR and AP Aging and ensure they remain current
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine accounting questions
- Provide backup for AP and AR during absences or busy periods
- Weekly Reporting
- Other duties and tasks assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience- Including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Month end close
- General ledger and reconciliation experience
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Epicor experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
