JOB SUMMARY: The Marine /RV sales associate

The Boat / RV sales associate will also be responsible for brand management. They will come up with new and innovative ways to promote our brands, seek out various marketing opportunities and help with growth of the brand. Our Internet specialist is responsible for posting inventory on face book, and other sites. Monitor RV and boat trader for correct listing information. Also marketing campaign local including visiting campgrounds and relationships with other local business.

SKILLS:

Ability to work efficiently, organize and maintain workflow and exercise independent critical judgment. Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, work with little to no supervision, computer skills and proficient email correspondence.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Market watercraft / RV across various platforms (Boat Trader, Craigslist, Face Book, etc.)

2. Follow up on sales leads (phone calls and online submissions)

3. Maintain current product knowledge

4. Engage customers on the sales floor

5. Remain current on and adhere to all selling skills training and direction

6. Participate in special events such as Boat Shows and Dealership sales events

7. Maintain a clean and professional work area

8. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

9. Proficiently take customers on craft demos, and be able to speak intelligently about the product you are selling.

Job Type: Full Time Sales Position / Pay Plan: $15.00 /hour + Commission (120K+ annually easily possible)
