In this role, you will play a key part in the development, management, and coordination of Building Information Modeling processes across multiple projects. You will support architects, engineers, designers, and construction teams by creating precise 3D models, maintaining documentation accuracy, and ensuring smooth project integration from concept through construction. Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models throughout all project phases using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design conflicts and improve constructability.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination to identify issues early and support efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and manage construction documentation, schematics, and technical drawings with a high level of precision.
• Translate conceptual designs, sketches, and technical information into clear digital models and drafting outputs.
• Support the creation of 2D and 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentations for internal reviews and client communication.
• Assist with integrating mechanical, architectural, structural, and other discipline-specific elements into coordinated BIM workflows.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and best practices to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Review models and drawings for quality control, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design specifications.
• Work with project teams to improve workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and support timely project completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to BIM software, model coordination, and documentation practices.
• Assist in developing and improving BIM processes, standards, and procedures to support company growth and project excellence.
• Stay current with new BIM technologies, software updates, and industry trends to continuously improve performance and output.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working in BIM, drafting, design coordination, or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in BIM and CAD software such as Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, MicroStation, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, drafting principles, model coordination, and construction documentation.
• Experience with clash detection, design integration, and multi-discipline coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction documents accurately.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows and the role BIM plays in project delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a professional, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting mechanical, architectural, structural, or MEP design workflows.
• Familiarity with model-based collaboration, digital coordination, and construction visualization.
• Experience creating walkthroughs, renderings, or presentation materials.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and documentation control.
• Prior experience in an in-person design, construction, or engineering environment.
• Degree, certification, or technical training in architecture, engineering, drafting, construction technology, or a related field.
