Bilingual Shift Onsite Supervisor -1st Shift – 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Fri – $25/hour + OT – URGENT Full Time

Great opportunity for experienced Onsite Supervisors in the staffing industry! We are looking for bilingual in English/Spanish leaders to manage our valuable staff! This position is a second shift role, and requires good computer skills (ATS/Excel/MS Office) and the ability to build relationships with your staff and client leadership! We are open to past staffing Onsite Supervisory experience, as well as Warehouse Supervisory experience as well!

Job Details:

• Monday thru Friday – 6 a.m. to 4 p.m
• Pay is $25 per hour + OT at $37.50 per hour (5 hours of OT minimum per week!)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
• Reliability – Able to be to work on time and as scheduled.
• Customer service focus and driven individual that has a sense of urgency.
• Welcome all new hires and set up for success with training and support.
• Job will include support at local warehouse to conduct check-in’s, walking floor, relationship building, using office space, phones, walkie, and responding to needs of staff.
• Use and proficiency needed for our ATS system (Tempworks) and use of Google Sheets/Excel and our proprietary workforce planning App
• Responsible for the check-in of all staff at start of shift.
• Responsible for relationship building with staff and client.
• Good communication skills required.
• Experience in MS Office including Word and Excel, good typing and emailing skills as well.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Supervise staff throughout the shift.
• Manage shift reports and communication.
• Call any no call/no shows daily and request that they return to work for next scheduled shift.
