Position Overview
XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales Support Associate to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. This role is essential in managing order entry, supporting communication between sales, operations, and clients, and delivering excellent service across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter new and existing orders accurately into TempWorks and other company systems
- Collect detailed service and order information from clients and verify accuracy
- Maintain and update service documentation within client databases
- Communicate new order details promptly to the Operations team
- Support client development through order follow-up and retention activities
- Serve as a liaison between the Sales team, Recruitment staff, Operations, and clients
- Assist Sales and Operations teams with various service-related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support
- Strong data entry accuracy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (some driving may be required)
- Must be located near Richardson, TX
