About the Role
Crystal Green Lawn Care is hiring a Crew Member to work on one of our two trucks. You will work alongside a Team Lead, follow a routed schedule, and help keep jobs on time. We are growing fast and we pay our best people well.
What You Earn
- $18 per hour during paid training
- $21 to $24 per hour once you hit standard pace, through our 33% performance pay system
- Realistic weekly take home: $720 to $960+ at 40 hours
- The faster and cleaner you work, the more you earn
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- 10 hour days
- 36 to 40 hours per week
- Fridays only if needed for makeup days
- No Sundays, ever
What You Will Do
- Mow, trim, edge, and clean residential properties
- Work alongside your Team Lead on a 2 person crew
- Follow daily routes on a company tablet
- Hit job time targets backed by 3 years of route data
- Keep equipment clean and accounted for
- Show up on time, ready to work at 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean record
- 18 or older
- Spanish speaking preferred, English helpful
- Reliable transportation to our Taylor shop
- Comfortable working full days outdoors in Texas heat
- Able to lift 50 lbs
