Job Description:
To provide regional administrative and operational support for DC Operations through a team of coordinators focused on process efficiency, compliance, communication, and execution support.
Job Responsibility:
- Vendor Sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors
- maintain vendor pipeline and manage supplier relationships in alignment with Microsoft procurement standards
- Contracting — Support end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, execution, and renewals
- ensure compliance with legal and sourcing requirements
- ADO Ticket Management — Create, assign, track, and resolve Azure DevOps tickets
- maintain accurate ticket status and documentation
- escalate blockers in a timely manner
- Reporting — Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards
- deliver regular cadence reporting to stakeholders on KPIs, spend, and project status
- Pricing Reviews — Conduct periodic pricing analysis and benchmarking
- support cost validation activities and flag anomalies or opportunities for savings
- Business Process Support — Document, optimize, and execute standard operating procedures
- assist in process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional workflows
- Financial & Budget Support — Assist with end-to-end purchase order creation and management, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking activities
- Stakeholder Coordination — Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
- facilitate communication and follow-through on action items
- Compliance & Audit Readiness — Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal audits, compliance reviews, and policy adherence
- Ad Hoc Business Support — Respond to operational requests, support project-based work, and provide general business administration as needed
Requirements:
Must be fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish, Portuguese, or French with the ability to review and interpret supplier quotes and contracts.
