Full Job Description
What you’ll do
- Help riders find the right bikes, gear, and accessories with genuine, informed guidance.
- Diagnose and perform basic to intermediate repairs and tune-ups (or learn quickly).
- Keep the sales floor and service area organized and running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive shop vibe.
What you bring
- Experience in bike sales, bike repair, or both.
- Strong customer service skills and a can-do, team-first attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
- Comfortable working weekends (preferred).

- Status: Part-time or full-time
- Location: Skagit Cycle Center (Skagit County, WA)
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Pay: $17.50 – $21.00 per hour
