Full Job Description
Position: Bagger & Sealer
Job Summary We are looking for dependable team members to join our production team as Bagger & Sealer. This role is essential to keeping our production line running smoothly. You will rotate between bagging and sealing duties throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Bagging
- Keep up with production by filling bags with chips
- Ensure all bags meet required weight specifications
Sealing
- Seal filled bags accurately and consistently
- Verify batch log numbers and dates are correctly labeled on each bag
- Place sealed bags into boxes, seal and label boxes, and stack them on finished pallets
Employees will rotate between bagging and sealing duties every hour.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to keep up with production demands
- Reliable and punctual
- Servesafe Certification (We will pay for this)
Schedule
- Tuesday–Thursday and every other Friday
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional longer shifts may be required due to production needs
