About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, from designing new features to deploying and maintaining scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and other engineers—to create impactful features that enhance our platform’s capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing performant, reliable, and secure code capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of transactions daily, monitoring production environments, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving our products. We value a customer-centric mindset, so your ability to engage with stakeholders, validate customer needs, and deliver rapid MVPs will be essential. Qualifications

• 2+ years of full stack software development experience
• Proficiency in Ruby and JavaScript (or similar languages/frameworks)
• Experience with test frameworks and automation tools such as Cypress
• Strong understanding of XP practices, Domain Driven Design, and Continuous Delivery
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Bonus: Experience with in-house component-based design systems
• Excellent documentation skills
• Demonstrated ownership from feature design through production release
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external stakeholders
• Strong desire to learn, innovate, and improve processes
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset with resilience in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of product features, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Partner with product, design, and other stakeholders to define and refine new features
• Collaborate with engineering teams to architect and implement scalable solutions
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, secure, and reliable products capable of supporting large-scale transactions
• Monitor production environments, investigate issues, and resolve incidents efficiently
• Bring a customer-focused approach by engaging with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver impactful features
• Experiment with new ideas and validate customer needs through rapid MVP development
• Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation
• Develop new web applications and contribute to ongoing product experiments using data-driven insights
