What You’ll Do
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, and cooling system repairs
- Complete maintenance services and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Perform R&R (remove and replace) of automotive components
- Diagnose common drivability and check engine light concerns
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Help build strong workflow and shop standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates
- Continue developing advanced diagnostic skills
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical ability and repair quality
- Experience with brakes, suspension, and general repair
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently on most repairs
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Desire to continue learning and advancing
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal tools required
ASE Certifications are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$50 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime pay (1.5x over 40 hours)
