Automotive Service Receptionist Full Time

Paul Masse Chevrolet South’s service department in Wakefield, RI is looking for an energetic professional to answer incoming calls and schedule appointments. Support daily operations within a fast-paced service department, acting as a crucial bridge between customers and our technicians. Manage customer relations by clearly explaining vehicle service needs, updating clients on vehicle experience. This position will handle standard service advisor duties including the writing and processing of repair orders for PDIs, oil changes, and used car repairs. Our ideal candidate will possess the following duties:

Duties:

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• A Team and company attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customers.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check.

· Must have basic computer proficiency.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Punctuality and dependability.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Experience in automotive is a plus.

· This is a training position.

• The ability to work with service computer systems like Reynolds Ignite.
• Maintain open lines of communication with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Writing, opening, and closing repair orders, scheduling appointments, and customer relations.
• Ability to explain and sell customers recommended repairs and maintenance to optimize dealer revenues.
• Become a cohesive member of our top performing team.
• GM experience is a plus but not required.

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

· 8–10-hour shift

· Tuesday – Saturday, NO Sundays!
