Toyota Marin is actively hiring an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk for our busy automotive dealership in San Rafael. We are seeking a professional with prior dealership accounting and contract processing experience who understands automotive funding, CIT management, deal posting, and dealership administrative operations.

Automotive Contract Clerk Responsibilities

• Process and post automotive retail and lease contracts
• Manage and maintain CIT (Contracts in Transit)
• Review vehicle deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance
• Post car deals and funding documentation
• Process manufacturer incentive reports and dealership paperwork
• Work directly with lenders regarding contract funding status
• Maintain accurate dealership accounting records
• Support dealership office and accounting operations
• Ensure all contracts comply with dealership and lender requirements

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Contract Clerk experience required
• Automotive dealership experience is required
• Experience with dealership accounting, billing, funding, and contract processing
• Knowledge of CIT posting and management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment
• Professional communication and computer skills
