Autobody Shop Manager Full Time

Xtreme Autobody & Collision Center is seeking a professional who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an auto repair shop.

Duties includes : managing staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance, ordering parts and supplies, and ensuring that the shop is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Managers must have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as experience in managing staff and running a shop.

This individual must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff, and be able to handle all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and ensure the final repairs are correct and reviewed before the job is released.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that the shop is providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to its customers. They must be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that repairs are completed on time and on budget, and that customers are kept informed of progress and any issues that arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.82 per hour
