Full Job Description
Paul Masse Buick GMC South has an opening in our growing Parts Department.
Essential Duties Include:
- Assist Technicians with needs for parts and accessories
- Assists all customers (retail and wholesale) in selecting required parts in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
- Answer phone calls providing price quotes and other information
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Locates out of stock parts from outside sources and submits emergency order, if necessary.
- Follows up on back ordered parts
- Sets up order for daily shipment, delivery and pickup
- Participates in all training programs that are made available
- Weekly trips to scrap yard with shop scrap metal
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive parts field required (GM preferred)
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred but not required

Hours: Monday – Friday 7;30am-4:30pm, Every 3rd Saturday 7am-1pm, No Sunday hours
