Full Job Description
If you are an Experienced Auto Parts Inside Salesperson, looking to work for an expanding industry leader where there is excitement and growth every day here is your chance! We are looking for an Experienced, (Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus) counter person to step into very busy auto parts call center. Our position requires that you work 6 Days (Off 1 Saturday per month and Off Sundays) . Heavy experience is required in computer lookup, brand offering, and account relationships. ASE or AIA Certifications are a plus and will be expected. We offer an excellent starting package with full benefits available. Please send your resume and an interview will soon follow. Hourly rate will be based on experience and following. Minimum Start is $21.00 -$25.00 per hour, but negotiable based on experience

Qualifications and Skills
The applicant must have at least 1 year of experience as an Auto Parts Counter Person.
No Trainees will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- answering calls from Professional Technicians and Do-it yourselfers, assisting in providing parts assistance.
- being polite and respectful on every phone call
- knowledge of full product lines and benefits of each
- knowledge of monthly promotions and offering to accounts.
- once again, being nice and polite is utmost responsibility
