Auto Body Estimator – Highway 18 Collision Center | Brainerd, MN

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator who wants to be part of something where your work actually matters and your voice gets heard — not just another number at a big corporate chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate, detailed repair estimates
• Communicate directly with customers to explain repairs and timelines
• Work with insurance companies on claims, supplements, and approvals
• Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently through the shop
• Help maintain the high-quality, customer-first reputation we’ve built in the Brainerd community

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in collision repair estimating (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar a plus)
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes, parts, and labor times
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in their work
• A team player who fits well in a small, close-knit shop environment
