Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and personable individual to join our team as an In Home Sales Rep. This role is ideal for a recent college or high school graduate who is eager to grow professionally within a thriving company. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, well-presented, and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Estimates in customer’s homes
• Calling through all of your warm leads daily to set appointments
• Calling through past estimates for follow ups
• Organized with paperwork
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to begin employment immediately
• Proficient phone and customer service skills are preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• This is not a position that you work 24/7. However it is a position that you need to be available for customers 24/7 when leads come in and to run leads if they are home on weekends. It only takes an hour to make your daily calls.
