AT&T Wireless Associate – Core Duties

• Conduct in-person outreach to customers, introducing AT&T fiber and wireless solutions with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Tailor product recommendations to individual households, highlighting speed, reliability, and value.
• Drive conversions through persuasive communication and trust-building.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
• Participate in daily strategy huddles with fellow Customer Sales Associates to sharpen skills and share wins.
• Stay current on AT&T’s evolving product suite and competitive advantages.
• Represent our team with professionalism and positivity in every customer.
