As an AT&T Team Member, you will be key in connecting businesses with innovative wireless and internet AT&T solutions tailored to their needs. This AT&T Team Member role will involve you being responsible for connecting, engaging, presenting, and processing sales orders for businesses and customers. As an AT&T Team Member, you will be the expert in educating businesses about internet and wireless technology and services, providing them with the solutions that will drive their success daily for their business operations.

AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:

• Initiate and develop new business sales opportunities by connecting with business and customers to understand what their operations consist of and what services may best fit their needs that we can provide
• Interact with customers and introduce tailored AT&T solutions and customized packages
• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with key business owners and customers across various industries and business sizes to provide them with services
• Educate customers on the benefits and promotions of wireless and internet services when managing their accounts
• Facilitate account set up and close business sales in alignment with their requests
• Collaborate with the sales team to remain informed on the latest product offerings, service updates, and promotional initiatives

Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member:

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create engaging conversations
• Results oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales
• Strong understanding of technologies and how they can benefit businesses and customers is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for building long-lasting relationships
• Bilingual in Spanish/ English

Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
