Full Job Description
We are hiring a Bilingual AT&T Retail Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with local customers and business owners, helping them learn about AT&T wireless and connectivity solutions that fit their needs.
This position is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy talking with people and want to build a career in sales, leadership, and business development.
Spanish communication is required so we can effectively assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
This Role Is a Strong Fit For Candidates With Experience In:
- Serving / waiting tables
- Bartending
- Restaurant or hospitality roles
- Retail or customer-facing positions
- Call centers or appointment-based roles
- Recent college graduates looking to start a career

What You’ll Do
- Speak with customers and business owners about their wireless and connectivity needs
- Present AT&T wireless plans, devices, and service options
- Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Answer questions and help guide customers through service options
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Pay: $900.00 – $1,300.00 per week
