Full Job Description
Bakersfield Telecom Solutions, an authorized partner of AT&T, is seeking motivated and customer-focused AT&T Associates to join our team. In this role, you will represent AT&T in person by engaging with customers, presenting products and services, and assisting with enrollment.As an AT&T Associate, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, educate them on AT&T products and service options, and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process. You will help customers choose the best solutions for their communication needs while maintaining a professional and positive experience.
AT&T Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers face-to-face in a professional manner
- Present AT&T products and services clearly and effectively
- Guide customers through the enrollment process for wireless plans, internet services, bundles, and related offerings
- Respond to customer questions and provide knowledgeable support
- Maintain a customer-focused environment while working toward sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store performance
- Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and company policies
AT&T Associate Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Pay: $919.29 – $1,107.10 per week
