Ascend Sales Group is hiring AT&T Account Associate representatives to serve as the face of AT&T in the community. We work on behalf of AT&T to provide exceptional in-person customer service and sales support, helping customers understand and select the best connectivity solutions for their needs.

Position: AT&T Account Associate

• Deliver outstanding in-person customer service to potential AT&T customers.
• Engage customers directly to educate them about AT&T services and offerings.
• Represent Ascend Sales Group and AT&T professionally and courteously.
• Identify customer needs and assist them with tailored service recommendations.
• Support sales goals through meaningful conversations that build trust and confidence.
• Process customer inquiries and document interactions accurately.
• Help maintain long-term customer satisfaction and promote retention.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for AT&T’s products and services.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Account Associate

• Greet customers and provide exceptional face-to-face support.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T solutions.
• Deliver accurate information about services, plans, and promotions.

Pay: $900.00 – $1,300.00 per week

Work Location: In person
