Associate Screens Programmer Full Time

Overview and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and creative individual to join our Paramount Creative & Strategy – Screens Team. Paramount Creative & Strategy is the internal creative agency for Paramount Global. We are the experts on the business, culture and the voice of Paramount and its brands.

This role includes managing a cutting-edge network of public facing and internal digital signage that helps promote our brands and distributes valuable company communications across Paramount offices and applications. We are looking for an ambitious individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join us as an Associate Screens Programmer reporting to the Screens Programmer. The ideal candidate embraces learning new systems, is technical, and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Programming and management of digital content for screens, production, experiences, and billboards
• Understanding and translating technical specifications
• Manage content deliveries and coordinate campaign scheduling
• Communicating and collaborating with multiple brands, clients, and departments daily
• Assisting with original short-form content for the screens
• Explore and stay on top of AI trends including Runway
• Assisting with the infrastructure and support services across numerous centrally managed networks
• Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
• Supporting the team in integration testing, user acceptance testing, and product validation
• Collecting key metrics, archiving content, and helping with essential team presentations
• Willing to work flexible hours

• Experience across IT/AV and Marketing/Campaign Strategy
• Understanding of workflows for building computers and operating systems such as API Integrations and managing system updates.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $38.50/hr.
