In this role, you will serve as a key relationship owner responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong connections with contractors, clients, and internal teams within a high-touch staffing environment. You will act as the primary liaison across assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and retention of talent placed in critical education and clinical support roles. The position blends relationship management, problem-solving, and operational coordination to ensure successful placements and long-term engagement. You will regularly engage with contractors and client stakeholders to address needs, resolve challenges, and support performance outcomes. Working in a mission-driven, people-focused environment, you will contribute directly to improving service delivery in K-12 special education support programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, service-oriented settings and enjoys building long-term professional relationships with measurable impact.
