Role Description

The Associate Programmer, Analyst role is a full-time position based on-site in New York, NY. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems. Key responsibilities include writing, testing, and debugging code, analyzing user requirements, creating data reports, and supporting database management. The role also involves documenting technical specifications, troubleshooting issues, and proposing improvements to existing processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Programming and Software Development, with experience in languages such as Python, PHP and Javascript
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying system efficiencies
• Experience working with Databases, including developing queries and maintaining data integrity
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and communicate technical issues clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
• Experience in healthcare IT systems or medical software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, drive for quality, and a commitment to ethical practices
