Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service, managing product displays, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable recommendations
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments
• Maintain organized merchandise displays by stocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication through phone etiquette and in-person interactions
• Support upselling efforts by suggesting complementary products and promoting store specials to increase sales
• Demonstrate supervising experience by helping coordinate team activities and maintaining store standards

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for retail transactions
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques
• Demonstrated upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Supervising experience preferred to assist in team coordination and store operations

Work hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am to 5pm. Friday 11am to 7pm. Saturday 10am to 5pm.
