As our Assistant Store Director, you will lead by example to deliver on our promise to our Clients, and develop your store team through encouraging, hands-on mentorship. You will inspire your team to build impeccable Client relationships through a “Client-first” mindset and strive to identify opportunities to exceed your store’s goals. You will be directly accountable for developing your people and business, as well as monitoring your store’s operations and budget.
Job responsibilities
Reporting to the Store Director, you as the Assistant Store Director will create a culture of Service, coaching your team to raise the bar across all areas of business (Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Shoes & Accessories, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Travel, Objets Nomades, etc.), to surprise and delight our Clients through unique Client experiences, showcasing exceptional high-end and lifestyle offerings through strategic bespoke launches, Personalization/Repairs, and Client Services.
Profile
With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams by providing regular feedback on their personal growth and ensuring that they have detailed development plans to drive their careers at Louis Vuitton further. Ideally, you will have previously worked in the renowned premium or luxury retail environment, with a passion for being present on the sales floor, where you thrive on having first-hand contact with both the team and our Clients.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $160,000 – $175,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions .
