Key Responsibility
Handle end-to-end service requests (complaints, repairs, installations, and replacements) Coordinate with brand-authorized service centers for timely service execution Track all open service cases and ensure closure within TAT Follow up regularly with customers regarding service status updates Manage DOA (Dead on Arrival) and replacement cases as per company policy Escalate critical or delayed cases to higher authorities/brands Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and warranty details Support extended warranty (O2 Care) claims and service processing Ensure proper communication between store, warehouse, and service teams
