Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mebane, NC, for an Assistant Manager in Product Operations. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day product operations, ensuring timely workflow and adherence to operational excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating production operations, managing inventory, analyzing performance metrics, and developing process improvements. Additionally, the role involves collaboration across teams to ensure clear communication and effective operation management.

• Experience in Production Operations and managing workflow processes
• Effective Communication and team collaboration skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement operational strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
