Nellis Corporation, a Potomac-based real estate investment company, seeks assistant counsel with at least five years of commercial real estate experience. Experience should include drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments, purchase and sale agreements, and construction contracts. Corporate and land use experience is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software applications. Admission to at least one state bar required.
