Job Responsibilities:
The Assembly Operator II will support client Valencia”s 1st shift assembly operations as an LOA replacement for Mercy Nalvarte. This is a higher-level assembly role requiring more hands-on experience than Assembly Operator I, especially around soldering, blueprint/work instruction reading, and basic testing capability. The operator will perform hands-on production assembly in a structured aerospace manufacturing environment, follow travelers and work instructions, support quality/documentation requirements, and help maintain production continuity while the incumbent is out on leave.

Software/Tools Used:
Blueprints, work instructions, production travelers, soldering tools, basic testing equipment, hand tools, shop-floor production documentation, PPE. Specific tools should be confirmed with Raquel or Timothy Jackson.

Top 3 Skills/Must haves:
1. Hands-on assembly experience with soldering capability or prior soldering certification.
2. Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, drawings, or production travelers.
3. Basic testing capability and ability to work independently in a structured production environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Active soldering certification preferred. Expired soldering certification may still indicate Assembly Operator II-level experience. Aerospace assembly, switch assembly, electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, testing experience, production documentation, and prior experience working in an ITAR-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
