Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), located in University Research Park on the west side of Madison, is looking to add Assemblers to our well-trained and experienced staff. Advanced Assembly, Inc. is an electronics manufacturing services provider of electronic assemblies and products, including the Captioned Telephone (CapTel). Our exceptional reputation has been earned through the years, based on production capability, reliability, and quality.
These full-time positions offer a second shift schedule of Monday – Thursday, 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM, a competitive starting wage and a full benefits package. Wage depending on experience. New Employees – Sign-On Bonus: The company is offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus to newly-hired, full-time employees. The bonus will be paid on the first check following successful completion of the employee’s 90-day probationary period.

Job Summary: The Assembler I position is responsible for performing routine, repetitive assembly tasks to produce products that meet established quality standards and specifications. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining consistent production output.
