Vineland is looking to hire people willing to learn the arborist trade and experienced arborists. We offer paid training and many opportunities for advancement.

Arborist Trainee Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Good physical condition
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade, or willingness to learn
- Willingness to obtain Class A CDL
- Strong communication and people listening skills
Responsibilities:
- Keep the job site safe and organized, drag and chip brush, rake and clean up job site
- Drive trucks with trailers, including daily safety inspections before and after operating
- Operate equipment and tools used in the trade, such as chainsaws, ropes, and forwarding equipment.
- Complete and retain basic skills training and have a willingness to pursue additional training and certification.
