Groundsperson (Entry-Level Arborist)
No experience required—just the willingness to work and the desire to learn.
At Wellnitz Tree Care, we are committed to developing our people. This role is your starting point to learn all aspects of arboriculture and build a career in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist arborists with pruning and removal work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Operate equipment such as wood chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws (with training)
- Manage debris and support overall crew production
