Aircraft Technician Trainee Full Time

We are seeking a Technician Trainee to join our team. As a Technician Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in aircraft components maintenance and repair. This is an entry-level position that offers comprehensive training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced technicians in performing aircraft components maintenance and repair tasks
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for aircraft components maintenance and repair
• Willing to learn to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft components
• Learn to operate and maintain specialized equipment used in aircraft components maintenance
• Adhere to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company safety policies
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures or malfunctions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn to read and interpret technical manuals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
