AI Software Engineer- AI/AWS – Tampa (Hybrid)($150K)) Full Time

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer to design scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions using any combination of the following: Java, C#.NET, Python, NodeJS, MySQL, and AWS. In this role, you will provide development expertise, guide engineering teams on architectural best practices, and drive the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into products and internal tooling. You will research and prototype new technologies, create proofs-of-concept, and translate business requirements into maintainable, high-performing technical designs. The architect will collaborate closely with product, data, cloud, and security teams, participate in code and architecture reviews, and produce clear technical documentation and design artifacts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development with experience designing distributed systems
• Strong expertise in development using Java/C#.NET/Python, MySQL, integration patterns, and AWS cloud services
• Hands-on prototyping skills and agentic production scale experience
• Experience implementing AI features end to end required.
• Proven development experience using AI enabled models and LLM tools like Claude AI and Bedrock or Sagemaker or others (not just GPT or CoPilot)
• Familiarity with Agile delivery
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and the ability to lead technical decision-making in a fast-evolving environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
