AI – Senior Developer Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an AI – Senior Developer based in Houston, TX, with some flexibility to work remotely. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and applications, focusing on neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and pattern recognition. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams, optimization of software development processes, and contributing to innovative solutions to improve construction management workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Pattern Recognition
• Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles
• Proven experience in Software Development with an emphasis on reliable, scalable, and efficient code
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with construction technology or large-scale enterprise platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is preferred
