AI Senior Designer Full Time

iFIT’s vision is to create the world’s most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health – physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery – into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Designer remotely in the US.

iFIT is building a marketing organization that runs AI-first — and this role sits at the center of that shift. We are looking for a Senior Designer who is already operating in an AI-native way: someone for whom generative AI tools are a daily production reality, not an experiment. You use AI to produce professional-quality creative work, you have developed workflows and systems around it, and you can bring others along with you. If you are as strong on craft and brand rigor as you are on AI fluency, and you have shipped production-grade AI-assisted work at scale, we want to hear from you.

Important: This role requires demonstrated, production-level AI proficiency — not familiarity with AI tools, but operational mastery. Your portfolio must include work produced using generative AI tools. If your current workflow does not include daily use of AI for asset production, image generation, or workflow automation, this is not the right role at this time.

COMPENSATION

$90,000 – $120,000

ROLE COMMITMENTS

• Make iFIT an AI-emergent creative organization by leveraging AI to accelerate creative velocity and innovation, and continuing to integrate AI tools and workflows into concepting, production, and iteration to improve speed and effectiveness.
• Scale iFIT creative output with efficiency and quality by implementing prioritization frameworks, templates, and reuse strategies to increase throughput and reduce production friction, while maintaining clear quality standards.
• Define and operationalize the visual DNA by documenting the core color, typography, motion, and iconography language and turning the Creative Director’s vision into ready-to-use UI kits, libraries, and templates.
• Scale output with reusable assets and workflow templates by building modular components such as buttons, cards, and micro-interactions, and standardized layout and copy templates in Figma to accelerate production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use generative AI tools — including Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, and emerging platforms — as primary production instruments to generate production-ready assets at speed and scale, including campaign visuals, social content, email graphics, digital ad variants, and animated assets across the iFIT brand.
• Develop and maintain brand-specific prompt libraries that encode each brand’s visual language, ensuring AI-generated output is consistently on-brand without requiring human review of every asset.
• Build and document AI-assisted workflows that allow the creative team to produce higher volumes of on-brand content without proportional increases in manual effort.
• Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape — evaluating new platforms, testing capabilities, and integrating relevant tools into the team’s production stack as they mature.
• Serve as the creative team’s hands-on AI expert, developing and leading practical training sessions for the broader creative team using real briefs and real tools to produce real work.
• Create internal best-practice guides, prompt playbooks, and reference libraries that make AI accessible to designers at every level of comfort with the tools.
• Build quality governance frameworks that allow AI-generated content to be used in production confidently, defining where human review is essential and where it can be systematized.
• Own the creation, maintenance, and evolution of iFIT’s brand design system — defining and documenting reusable components, typography, color palettes, iconography, spacing, and layout patterns that scale consistently across all iFIT touchpoints.
• Maintain organized, scalable file systems for creative assets including production files, photography, design system components, and video resources.
• Produce captivating designs for digital, print, social, email, digital ads, trade show, and PR — bringing both hand-craft and AI-assisted speed to every deliverable.
• Bring animation capability to the team, animating graphics, illustrations, and AI-generated assets for digital ads, email, and social.
• Collaborate with Web and Email Developers on A/B testing frameworks, using AI to rapidly generate creative variants for testing at a volume that manual production cannot match.
• Partner with the Subscription, Content, and Marketing teams to develop creative solutions that are both visually strong and commercially effective.
• Contribute to art direction for studio and lifestyle photoshoots, and to photo editing, retouching, and post-production.
• Apply AI-assisted editing, retouching, post-processing, and color correction to accelerate turnaround on product and lifestyle content while maintaining the craft standards the brand requires.
• Apply UI/UX best practices across web, CRM, and social touchpoints, ensuring all digital design reflects the brand design system.
• Manage print production including file formats, prepress, vendor delivery, and quality control across print, web, trade show, and PR materials.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education And Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Daily, production-level use of generative AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Artlist AI, or equivalent, with a portfolio that includes production-grade AI-assisted work.
• Fluent in prompt engineering for image, video, animation, and voiceover generation.
• Experience building or maintaining a brand design system or component library.
• Strong range across digital, social, email, animation, and print.
• Experience training or mentoring others on AI tools in a professional context.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, ContentStack, or other CMS platforms.
• Experience in fitness, health, or lifestyle brands.
• Photography and post-production skills.
• Background in fine art, web design, or multimedia.
• Strong communication skills for a remote-first team environment.
