Team Introduction
The Network Security team is on the mission to build innovative and enterprise-level network security products and solutions, to protect online businesses from being interrupted by cyber attacks. Responsibilities
– Architect and implement security features and systems for cloud-native and edge environments (including WAF, Bot Management, and API Security)
– Design and build security capabilities for AI-native systems, covering LLM/Agent abuse prevention, risk detection, and behavior analysis
– Deeply engage in AI Agent open-source projects, contributing to core capability evolution and driving real-world adoption through community collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
– 3+ years of software engineering experience in security, networking, AI, or related domains
– Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, or TypeScript, with a track record of building complex, scalable systems
– Hands-on experience developing LLM/Agent-based systems (e.g., tool/function calling, context management, or related security implementations)
– Strong communication skills and a self-driven mindset, with the ability to deliver results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
– Proven technical contributions to open-source ecosystems (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, LLM Guard)
– Practical experience in LLM/AI Security (e.g., Prompt Injection defense, abuse prevention, content safety, or model risk control)

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156000 – $387600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
