Role Description

This full-time remote role as an AI Implementation Specialist involves leading the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven solutions, integrating ServiceNow capabilities into client workflows, and ensuring alignment with their business objectives. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, oversee the software implementation lifecycle, and deliver customized automation and IT solutions. The role also includes providing training and ongoing support to clients to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Software Implementation and knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, and process automation technologies.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, design tailored solutions, and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients, deliver training, and provide support.
• Experience in achieving Customer Satisfaction by ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded through strategic guidance and consistent communication.
• Proficiency in project management principles and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, PMP, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
