Our client, a leading organization in Aerospace, is seeking a Aerospace Project Analyst Supply Chain to join their team. As a Aerospace Project Analyst Supply Chain, you will be part of the strategic sourcing and supply chain support team, focusing on advanced data analysis related to inventory health and supplier-held inventory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical expertise, independence, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Aerospace Project Analyst Supply Chain
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $60/hr plus OT, benefits
What’s the Job?
Analyze material and inventory data to assess inventory positions, trends, and classifications
Independently extract, clean, and analyze large, complex spreadsheets and datasets to identify risks, opportunities, and anomalies
Support consigned inventory disposition decisions (scrap, redeploy, alternative use) through data-driven analysis
Identify root causes of excess or no demand inventory, including supplier overbuy, demand variability, and planning mismatches
Prepare inventory status reports, dashboards, and clear analytical summaries for leadership audiences
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or a related analytical role
Experience supporting inventory disposition and ensuring policy compliance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently navigate and interpret large datasets
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, large data set handling)
